Joey and Evie Rivera planted their roots at Christ City Church. Within only a few months after arriving, Joey began leading a small group. A couple of years later he became an elder at the church and was overseeing Small Group ministries and operations of the church.

In 2018, our founding Pastor, Manny Rosario, entrusted Joey to take the torch of leadership and lead Christ City into its next season. 

​

Joey is currently finishing his Bachelors in Theology. He has a heart to see people touched by the saving grace of God.

He is happily married to Evie and has 3 children.
